Green Olives stuffed with Anchovy
with a touch of rapeseed oil.Unlike the rest of our stuffed olives where we use the Greek Chalkidiki Olive, we use the Spanish Manzanilla olive for the anchovy stuffed because of its milder flavour. The anchovy itself is not overpowering so it is necessary to use a milder olive to create the perfect taste of umami. Even though it sounds like a strange combination these olives are one of the most popular, due to their less salty nature.
